I've said it before, but my issue with the idea of show focusing on more adventuring and worldbuilding is that none of the main characters have major goals or personal attachments outside of Manehattan, Canterlot, Cloudsdale, Ponyville and the Crystal Empire. The only way to get them out of those places without stories that have nothing to do with them would be a much longer story arc, and the show just doesn't want to serialise that much.

Well they are supposed to be 1000+ year old alicorn princesses with all the answers. They've been doing this for awhile etc. With the exclusion of Luna but I'm pretty sure there have been enough of her through the show and comics exploring her character. More focus on them would probably make it seem like they are average ponies. That's why I am against a Celestia episode.

Fair enough, A Celestia Episode would make her somewhat more relatable, but relatability would come at the cost of sacrificing their strength and weakening their roles as all-powerful beings. I feel there should be a middle ground somewhere that would also make for a more relatable tia episode that also revitalizes her role, Like an episode version of that one Celestia/Spike comic https://derpicdn.net/img/2014/3/12/573010/full.jpg , If they made an episode out of that....It would be pretty...
