Finally catching up on those Equestria Girls chose-your-ending shorts, and I'm astonished how the same series which produced junk like "Mirror Magic" could turn around and suddenly become this consistently wonderful (excluding "Opening Night" and "Text Support.") I love the combination of the mundane and the whimsical - these characters use their powers to help their everyday lives, and nobody thinks everything of it. And these things keep finding new angles for the characters, too. These ones even have a continuous story arc, which is something the show itself has never quite pulled off. Sure, they're not emotionally substantial, but they're kinda delightful. It kinda makes me wonder how they're gonna translate their formula to a full hour-long special.
Also: That "Rarity Investigate - The Case of the Bedazzled Boot"? On its own terms, maybe the best thing Equestria Girls has ever done.

I don't think you can get them legitimately out of the United States, where you need the Discovery Family app, but I've been watching them here: http://www.dailymotion.com/dm_7a55fed06dcf9c3ee50a93bca261d16b/videos

I started to lose interests to this franchise after Legend of Everfree aired but these short formats (specials, summertime, mini-series, choose your ends) make me have faith to EQG again. I am looking forward to 'Forgotten Friendship', it could be a great development for Sunset character that i am waiting for (i dont watch any promos but the concept already caught my attention).

"Best Trends Forever," "Driving Miss Sunset," and "Text Support" don't have anything to do with the others.
I watched these way out-of-order, but the release order is thus:
- "Best Trends Forever"
- "Fluttershy's Butterflies"
- "Text Support"
- "Stressed in Show"
- "Driving Miss Shimmer"
- "Rarity Investigates etc."
- "All the World's Off Stage"
- "Constructive Criticism"
- "Opening Night"
- "Happily Ever After Party"
"Rarity Investigates," "All the World's Off Stage," and "Constructive Criticism" can be swapped around in the order, but otherwise that's pretty accurate to the narrative.
@Lambdadelta I wasn't huge on the three "Magic" specials, but I am hopeful that this upcoming one could keep up these shorts' momentum.
