"The Parent Map" - I just really don't like these episodes where the main conflict is one character annoying another. This one is mostly unfunny, and it can't stop drawing attention to its clunky central metaphor. In this case, that metaphor actively hurts the storytelling, because both of the parent characters are obnoxiously one-note, and while Sunburst and Starlight are okay, this is a really poor showcase of what makes them enjoyable characters. All the nuance here is left for the very end, where it's revealed in dialogue, and at this point I have very little patience for that sort of incompetent storytelling in this show. There's plenty of jokes, but they're almost all terrible. I found this painful to sit through.
