      She should try flightgear; totally blows away MFS but you can get too into it and end up buying half a cockpit of instrument panels, radio modules and stuff...

      I know not a single thing about flight simulators. I actually figure she'd want something which gives a lot of freedom for acrobatics, and I have no idea what that would be.
