When I get angry, usually at a person (aka my mom), I go for a drive around my town while listening to the radio. I really enjoy driving, so I can calm myself by doing something I love. Plus it acts as a physical escape and gives me time to think about things while in a safe environment. Now I don't recommend this method to people who take out their anger by driving erratically. It is neither healthy for you as the driver or other people around you. I would only try this method if you can remain a safe driver when experiencing intense emotions. Again, this is a method that works for me. You might find taking a walk to be more effective.

That guy...or gal, ah...or whatever pronoun it prefers to go by is in jail, right? WHAT? It broke out of prison this morning to come find me? [Cries in a corner.] Can you put me in a cell instead? I don't think I have a chance otherwise.

Have you posted your amazing vectors on Deviantart? I know that is generally the first place I go to look for vectors. I'm interested in trying to make a pony vector myself. Do you recommend any tutorials to get started? I assume that you used inkscape? This is just out of curiosity, but do you ship Star Tracker with Twilight? I think they are really cute together.

The hive is my home, even if I had left it, the hive would always be my home. I'm glad the hive finally came to their senses about them needing me. Just between you and me, I don't think they realized how defenseless they became once they all had reformed. Granted we don't need to be as diligent with our security and safeguards as before, but we still need to be prepared for any threats to the hive. *Groan* It looks like I have my work cut out for me, retraining everyone in defensive maneuvers. I am tough. Thank you for noticing. Complaining is so annoying. *Blink* (*Glances behind him to take in the room, making sure Thorax isn't nearby or hiding. The coast is clear, so he turns back around.) Let's just say it's been interesting to say the least. Growing up I expected Thorax to accomplish very little in his life because of his non-threatening nature. Never in a million years would I have expected my little brother to challenge Queen Chrysalis, so to speak, and change the very essence of the Changeling way of life. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around the whole thing. Having Thorax be my ruler can be annoying at times because he is constantly telling me what to do. I'm not big on receiving direction from anyone, let alone by brother. But I find myself taking first priority when ponies need to talk to him if something important comes up. I plan to support my brother and his endeavors whenever he needs it, both as his brother and as his subject.

All of these story ideas are what I hope to write for NaNoWriMo. I feel pretty confident with writing these stories as a whole. It's just the little details that I probably will have the worst time with. Please let me know if any of these story ideas stand out to you in any way or any sound like they would be fun to read. Everything he thought he knew about family, friends, identity, and love is shattered when a new filly moves in next door. Rock Statues No More Characters - Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Twilight, & Discord Genres - Drama, Comedy, Romance (Possibly - Celestia x Discord) Setting - Discord's Dimension With all four leaders of Equestria having experienced being turned into stone, it isn't surprising that it haunts their nightmares. Celestia deals with past guilt. Luna tries to overcome her new fear of flying. Cadance seeks to gain back her control. Twilight wants to conquer her former feelings of helplessness. Each Princess attempts to seek out solace by finding counsel with the master of turning into stone - Discord. You Again!? Characters - Pharynx, Luna, Celestia, Cadance, Twilight, Starlight & Thorax Genres - Drama, Romance (Pharynx x Luna), Comedy Setting - Canterlot Castle The leaders of Equestria and the Changeling Kingdom come together to discuss the threat of Chrysalis and the future of Changeling and Pony relations. But, when old hostilities arise between Luna and Pharynx, the meeting doesn't go quite as planned.

OH MY GOSH! You totally need to watch it. The characters are to die for, the animation is awesome, and dub actors for the characters are just spot on! Have you ever written a fimfic before?

I've always known that NaNoWriMo took place in November, but I've never taken the time to sit down, write, and take it seriously. I find myself having a lot of free time lately, so I think this year I'll finally give it a try. I have a few fimfic ideas floating around my head that are just dying to be put on paper anyway. I guess I'll set my word count goal at 25k under my author name, Valeska. I'm honestly not sure if that goal is too high or too low because I've never written that much over the course of a month. I do know that I am a strong writer. I just need to get my ideas down on paper instead of hesitating or putting it off. I do have a few questions. Is it okay that I'm not aiming for one piece of writing with a full novel word count? I see myself adding up the word count with smaller writings, such as fimfics, articles, and personal testimonies. If I reach my word count goal early, can I add more words to my goal to challenge myself further? Mainly I'm asking because I honestly don't know my full potential in writing long pieces. If I already have a work of writing in progress, can I keep working on it, but only count the words I write after the start of November? I don't particularly want to hold off writing until then, but if it can't be helped, then I guess it isn't the end of the world. And lastly, I find the process of bouncing ideas off of other people to be hard. Mainly this is due to feeling awkward about asking someone what they think of the idea. Plus I often find it hard to pitch the idea without having to explain the whole story to make them fully understand my intentions behind the idea. Do you have any suggestions that might better help me? Overall, I am very excited to be participating this year! I am expecting great things from myself and everyone else who participates. I was practicing a kids skit for the kids' ministry at my church and I was manning some pool noodles that were supposed to be octopus tentacles. When other actors were trying to figure out different things I thought it would be a good idea to move the tentacles around and see their mobility. For whatever reason, I slipped up my words and accidentally (randomly) said, "Watch out for my testicles." I remember that time froze as the pure horror of what I had just said sank in. And guess who was waiting to run through the script as a fellow tentacle and was sitting right next to me? The kids' youth pastor. I remember my face burning with embarrassment as I looked over at him to see if he'd heard what I'd said. He froze too, then burst out laughing. I was so freaking embarrassed for a bizarre slip of the tongue that the only thing I could think to say was, "I'm sorry." Luckily he just laughed it off, said it was okay, and the rest of the actors began to move through the script again. Let's just say I tried to avoid eye contact, or any contact for that matter, with the kids' youth pastor for the rest of the night. (Note: I am a pegasister and I rarely, RARELY ever talk about that subject. So you can see my horror of how that even came out of my mouth. LOL!!!!!) Do you want Tempest Shadow to become a regular character in the tv show?
