    Just came back from a Thai restaurant. :laugh: It was my cousins 26th birthday today and me and my family had a great time trying out all the cuisine and I even had the chance to eat Holy Basil Fried Ice Cream. :ticking: It has a bit of a funny taste to it. :ooh: It was creamy and it had a taste of coffee to it :3 I had a REALLY fun time :catface:

    Honestly, the news about Season 9 came as a surprise to me. :blink: I’ve been saying for a while now that Season 9 might be the last season of FIM ‘cuz there’s nothing left in the show. Everything’s been done at this point, but I didn’t think it would actually BE the last season considering how many people like the current generation of MLP. Unlike most people, I’m excited for G5 and I can’t wait to see what it’s like. From what I’ve heard, it’s gonna be just like FIM ^^

     

    I understand that some people want the show to continue, but I don't want it to go for SO long that it becomes a shadow of its former self, just like the Simpsons :sunny:

      I was feeling very down this morning when I heard the news and didn't want to do much except mope and stuff. But RarityDash's latest reaction to Netflix's Castlevania helped cheer me up a bit and still gives me something to look forward to each week and keep my mind off things like that.

      It's gonna be a tough road ahead now, but It'll be okay.
      We can endure the current hiatus and the permanent one that follows season 9.

      I'm glad to hear your day was fun! :mlp_yay: Mine was alright too, hearing the news about MLP was sad but otherwise it was a pretty good day. :) I really hope G5 is good – I'll give it a chance, even if what I've heard so far makes me skeptical about it...

      Sounds great! I'm not really a fan of Thai cuisine, but I do love their desserts.

      Yeah, I'm a bit bummed out about Season 9 being the final one, but it's good that the show will be ending on a high note. I'm looking forward to what Generation 5 will bring to the table.
