This seems a bit... too easy in game, and a bit extreme.
"Here, Pikachu! Eat this mint and completely reconfigure your personality!"
"Here Gengar! Eat twenty-six bottles of Calcium medicine at once!"
At least they're limited, rare items by the looks of it. Gotta manage it. And exp boost to a Zweilous is very good use.
...huh. Dynamax LEVEL. An ability to train into, not just a bigger n' makes it better button to do straight into battle. Neat.

The mints are a GOD-SEND IMO. You have NO idea how annoying it is to find a Pokemon with the right nature. (especially if you have a shiny with a shitty nature)
I just hope they have a mint where you can change to ability of a Pokemon to whatever secondary / hidden ability they may have
According to serebii, somebody used 23 vitamins on their pokemon, which is WELL beyond the limit. THAT is ground-breaking.
What that means is, I dont have to infect my Pokemon with Pokerus and give them a Power item (that's essential for EV training). So this is how it works:
Pokerus DOUBLES the amount of EV's you've gained from defeating a Pokemon. For example:
Instead of getting 1 speed EV's from a Pidgey, you'd get 2.
Power items (Power Anklet, Power Band, etc.) give you 8 EV's to that individual stat each time to kill a Pokemon
(getting these specific items requires A LOT of time a effort. You have to get Battle Points in order to purchase these items)
Vitamins (such as Protein, Zinc, etc.) give you 10 EV's in the stat they raise. Prior to this generation, the limit was 10, which means you could ONLY use 10 vitamins to raise that one stat. Now, the limit is well beyond that, which means you can have 200 EV's just by taking vitamins and that saves A LOT of time
EDIT: wait...YOU CAN USE 26 Vitamins AT ONCE!? O_O THAT'S SO FREAKING FAST!!!
Like I said before, the limit used to be 10, but they've also added a feature where you can use ALL of them at once!? O_O that's ridiculous!!! ...and I like it ^^
Each pokemon has a EV limit of 508, so you need to figure out where you should put those EV's in order to make your Pokemon stronger. :3
I tell ya what, this game makes up for the loss of Super Training (which was an EXCELLENT way to EV train), the ability to ride on a bike, and the lack of Gyms. Those were some of my BIGGEST complaints about Pokemon Sun and Moon: there was NO bike you could ride on and you had to hold the B button as you're riding Tauros. I cant tell you how ANNOYING it is to hold the B button while I'm moving around.
THANK GOD they've brought gyms back. I thought it was a little un-fair having a 1 VS 2 match against the Totems and it felt un-natural NOT having gyms in the game.
I also like how you can access your PC on the go and you can ride your bicycle on the water. I tell ya, that's incredibly convenient when I wanna try to hatch some eggs.
I dont exactly know how the Dynamax level works, but we'll just have to wait and see
I'm not gonna spoil anything, but there's A LOT of Ice types in this game.

Well, I can't argue the usefulness. It's the ingame logic that disturbs me. Overwriting your partners personality for the sake of being a better fighter?!!? Hopefully its just in stats and doesn't change what its actually listed as! ...well, not like I always went verbatim when I made an OC out of a beloved pokemon partner... but still... *cough*
Jeez! What's IN those mints to change how you react like that?!!? ...Can I have some?
Quotechange to ability of a Pokemon to whatever secondary / hidden ability they may have
Well, they have had that. The... Ability Capsule since Kalos, I believe. Sold for Battle Points. Admittedly, don't think it lets you control WHAT it changes TO, but it is a possibility!
And yeh, I knows about the Pokerus, I've caught it several times now and attempted to IV train, just kept forgetting because I could care a Bidoof about it!
…
….
Oh sweet mercy. Please don't tell me there's a Dynamax Bidoof.
That would kill me.
…
and Pshaw. I have all but lost hope for Ice type support. I can see Sneasel & Vanilish are confirmed, so at least that should merit at least one new Ice type, but I'll have to refrain any hopes there. I mmight go for my idea of a Fairy based team!
...I can't pass up on Eldegoss. It's too fluffy adorable mischevious!!

Well, all I can say is they're drugs.
think of them as steroids
I know exactly what you mean. Their nature may change, but they'll retain the same personality when you caught them
Yeah, the problem with those ability capsules is they were VERY expensive. You had to get like, 200 Battle Points just to change the ability of a pokemon and it'll only change it to its secondary ability (if it had one of course.) If it only had one ability or it had its hidden ability, then you were fresh out of luck
Yeah, Pokerus is pretty hard to get, it appears randomly and once you get it, store that pokemon in the Pokedex if you wanna infect more of your pokemon in the future
Otherwise, ask one of your friends if they have it on their pokemon.
