      @Nightfall Gloam Yeah, I remember when they broadcasted "Discordant Harmony" and "The Perfect Pear" :laugh: Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch the Sunday episodes LIVE 'cuz my mum is gonna be hogging the TV + I've got my Spa 24 hour race to watch on the Sunday :dry: :( so that's why I'll be recording those episodes :catface: I'm just wondering: do you have boomerang / FOXTEL by any chance??? :rarity: 'cuz if you do, you can always record those episodes and watch them later ;)

    I'm back every-pony. If you're wondering what I've been doing this whole time, I've been taking some time off the MLP Forums. I needed to regain my composure and the website was doing more harm than good. I needed to get away from the toxic environment. Long story short: It was making me more depressed than I already was...

    The amount of outstanding PM's had put me under A LOT of stress and the amount of salty people online has killed my love / enthusiasm for the show...

     

    That's why I left the MLP Forums: So I could go back to my usual, happy self...

     

    I'm gonna be honest here: I'm done with the show / current generation of MLP. Everything's been done (the Mane 6 / CMC have achieved their goals / ALL the villains have either been reformed / imprisoned or murdered) and I feel as if they've ruined the pacing of the show in more ways than one. I'm currently waiting for G5. It needs to come sooner rather than later IMO...

     

    I'm NOT saying that I'll quit the brony fandom. No. I will continue to watch the new pony episodes as they come and I'll remain on the MLP Forums. I'm just saying that I can't wait for this current generation of MLP to end. I feel as if the show has been going on long enough and its time for a refresh.

     

    If any-pony has got an objection towards my opinion / response, please DON'T say anything. You're only gonna piss me off and make things even worse...

     

    I dunno if you've noticed, but...I'm emotionally fragile and I take things VERY seriously...

     

    *Hopefully*, I'll go back to the way I once was ^^ ...but it's gonna take some time...

      How does one get Done with being apart of something? Doesn't the feelings you once had stay with you always? 

      ...maybe it's better to not get as attached to things as I tend to. Since I have to keep losing all I ... Hnnn... sorry. Maybe I should be taking a break from here too..,

      @Widdershins this is what I'm like right now:

      I can honestly say that MLP was a hell of A LOT better in Seasons 1 and 2. The episodes were cute, fun and simple AND I liked how they taught the values of Friendship at the end of each episode...


      ...and THAT is what made Seasons 1 and 2 SO special. They made you feel happy. They made you feel good inside. I haven't felt like that with ANY of the later Seasons / episodes of MLP...and it makes me sad  :c


      ...and they were REALLY easy to follow, unlike most of todays episodes...


      Nowadays, the show has gotten WAAY too serious for its own good and you start to notice that as early as Season 3. 


      It's because they started to put their main focus on the Brony fandom and I feel as if that has killed the charm of MLP...


      ...they should've just stuck to their target audience and the show would've remained the same...


      ...and they ruined the pacing of the show. Season 3 ONLY had 12 episodes instead of 24, they turned Twilight into a princess WAAY too early, they reformed Starlight WAAY too early and she could've been THE perfect recurring villain.

       

      Now, we're stuck with Queen Chrysalis because the show only then realised that they've ran out of villains [(The rest of them were either reformed (Discord, Trixie, Gilda, Diamond Tiara and Starlight), imprisoned (Tirek) or destroyed (Sombra)] ...and if they reformed Chrysalis at the end of Season 6, there would be no villains left UNLESS they brought in a new one...

       

      If they had reformed Starlight at the end of Season 6 or 7, that would've given the show more time to give her character development. There could've been episodes where she would have an encounter with the mane 6 and after they defeat her, Twilight gives her a lesson about friendship near the end of the episode before she escapes. Over time, Twi's words would slowly start to sink into Starlight's head and she would start to question her thoughts...


      ...and that's what pisses me off. They rushed through Starlights Reformation :c

       

      ...and there's A LOT of other things I dont like: 

       

      - Twilight becoming a princess

      - How they got rid of the Golden Oak Library to make way for that...castle...eugh...

      - The Friendship Map (like, what the hell is the purpose of that!?)

      - Rainbow Dash saying "awesome" in every . single . f*cking . episode in Season 7!!!

      - Season 6's 'subpar' episodes

      - Publishing the Friendship diary in "Fame and Misfortune"

      - The Friendship School in Season 8 

      - Twi's increased anxiety

      ...and how the mane 6 / CMC have achieved their goals...

       

      I understand that some people DON'T want this show to end, but the harsh reality is...EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! there's nothing left...

      I probably could counter each & every worry, given time. ...except EQG.

       But, sufficed to say, if you can still remember previous seasons, it's not how the show should be watched. It ain't our world, our stories to write. Comes down to change? Any character ought br able to keep growing outside of their life story; they aren't there just for our sole entertainment.

       Why I think villains aren't needed here. We can get so much out of a missed order at Rarity's business or Starlight being incapable of registering what a healthy social relationship is.

       ... I like alotta the more hated episodes. I can appreciate the writers trying! .... it's when they stop trying & only do stuff because it was a thing before in the show...

    Kinda annoyed I was goin for a drive in my Ford Falcon XR8 and a bunch of slow guys / inexperienced drivers had to suck the fun out of it by going too slow and they kept on hitting the brakes...

    Overall, today has been bitter-sweet. My favourite team in the V8 Supercars lost the race :adorkable: ...quite...badly :lie: 

    On the plus side, one of my favourite GT3 cars won in its class and it ALMOST won the race overall, so it wasn't a total loss and it was a good race :proud: :catface: that Mercedes AMG GT3 was a REALLY quick car and it had me on the edge of my seat :blink: 

    ...and I've made up my mind: I'm gonna focus on getting that Mercedes AMG slot car :3

    It appears that the FULL version of Ponyvania will be released on July 23rd 2018 :sunbutt: MAN, I can't wait!!! :love:

    Here's a small preview on what the game is about ;) 

    I wish Legends Of Equestria was more like this game :( *sighs* there's really nothing to do in that game after you get to Lv. 50 and the combat system in that game SUCKS :dry: I'd rather go out on an adventure and kill monsters than sit around and have a chat with 'pones in sugarcube corner :V can't wait for the next update tho :wau:

       Parasprite ball! Or, if you want the "beat it up into a squiggly nervous system" angle, we do have the Timberwolves as piecemeal constructs that can bleed green "blood."

      @The_Gobo Would be interesting to see them make a 'ponified' version of Granfaloon :o dunno what they would use to make one tho :derp: I believe Discord WILL be the Final Boss in this game (at least...that's what i think) and there's an optional item that you can get called the Twicane, which is found in the final area of the game :D I have a feeling that item is the ONLY way you can deal some serious damage to discord 'cuz it does JACK nothing to everything else :umad:Ik 'cuz I have this item in my inventory :catface:
