A long time indeed - it was when I discovered MLP; binge watched all available episodes back then.  It is great indeed. Whenever I bump into these, I'm getting hooked. I'll give it a fresh start; perhaps one episode per day will be a reasonable choice, though it still will take ages to get there.

Oh yes, the hobbies definitely have something to with it. I was going to mention it, but I thought it will be kind of silly. Now that you mention that, it actually may be it.  

I usually watched two episodes a day when I watched the series for the first time a year ago. I didn't want to run out of them too soon. The 22nd episode of season 7 was the first one I watched the day it aired so I managed to make them last for four months somehow!

@Tacodidra One time I watched nine episodes in one day!
