Last year there was a game making contest I took a part in. The contest had decent prizes ($, that is) and offered cooperation with the winner to turn the entry into a legit game, to basically help indie developers to appear on the game market, to some degree. That would be something amazing, as this is the first success I could aim for. Some of you may remember how it went for me, though I'm not sure if I have even mentioned that back then.  Either way, things were going okay (I think) until my PC died somewhere in the middle - now this is something you may recall.  I couldn't continue working on my entry, so had to drop out and abandon my project, because there was no reason to work on it anymore. However, I didn't discard that project completely. I liked the gameplay I went for, so I kind of wanted to make a game like this in the end - so I recreated what I was working on in the pone style. 
...And that's how this project started to exist...

So that's how it went for me the last time. 

Now this contest occurs in this year too and though it caught my interest, I decided to not take a part in it, because ... I don't believe in myself anymore.  Also... there are other projects I should be working on - the one mentioned above and yet another pony game I really want to complete one day.

However... I've been poked few times by fellow devs... and I eventually started to consider that possibility... 

So... for now I've made a concept art of a potential game I could be working on. (because I like designing stuff) 

I love NES, so the game would follow the style of games from that console (pixel art + simple style + somewhat limited amount of different colors). It would be a rather simple platformer adventure game, yet maybe fun to play.

Nevertheless, it's just a concept and I don't know if I'll actually decide to participate. Starting a yet another project would make things even harder to handle. That bothers me - I don't know what to put my hooves on lately. There's so many things I'd like to do.
