@Snow Hmm.. I'd understand if he was outside, but I keep my doge at home. Before midnight people were doing tests and single shots silenced by windows could be heard. Just that little single shot was enough to trigger him. If I'm generating even louder noise (playing music or something) he doesn't react at all, he'll even come close and lie down and behave like he wasn't hearing a thing, but just a quiet boom in the distance and he's going insane. Who knows those dogs...

Some dogs are more sensitive than others. I have a friend who has to basically tranquilize his dog to stop her being terrified whenever shows like this are happening.

My dog, on the other hand, just lies down in mild disinterest.

Yeah, my sister's little york is totally fine with that. My dog on the other hoof, is capable of leaving the house in ruins.  Thunderstorms are the worst, because I'm not always at home when these happen, so ... What state the house will be in when I come back is a mystery.
