Every fandom is changing and so are the people in it. Things change and I think there's nothing wrong with that. There's always going to be a time where the magic said show inspired in you wanes(sometimes) and you might not enjoy it as much after that and that's totally fine. Personally, I'm beginning to enjoy shows like Steven Universe and Rick and Morty more than I'm enjoying mlp:fim currently but that doesn't mean I'm going to leave the fandom forever.
