I know what you're experiencing is different from tulpas. Sorry for advertising, I actually didn't mean to. :/
I'm not a doctor or anything, but one way I've heard of people controlling voices in their heads is to try talking back to them. Try and reason with them. Although, since they are incoherent as you said, that may not be an option. I suggest you should talk to a doctor if they are becoming an obstacle in your life. Stay safe.

Speaking of God, I'm actually chilling with him right now over some tea and biscuits. Pretty cool guy actually. He looks awfully like Morgan Freeman though... Not that I'm complaining by any means.
