It sounds like a sketchy practice but I do it all the time and I find it helps, I really recommend looking into it if you don't already.
I know sometimes it better to just listen instead to trying to fix everything.. but its a little bit of a habit of mine, sorry.. I can just listen to whatever you want to say or get out if you want.

i understand, and thanks for the advice.
Right now i am just trying to look for something to do to get my mind off these bad toughts but i have nothing to do really at the moment :(.
If you want we can continue our rp right now, it atleast puts my mind somewhere else.

Its not in my nature to ignore problems.. I have a tenancy to worry a lot and prefer to fix things, especially things that trouble my friends so I don't have to see them upset, I like to see not only people happy but also people with nothing to worry about.. If doing the RP will make you feel better now then sure.. but is it ok with you if we talk about this sometimes?
