      Yes, computers have fin layers of very delicate metals on the really techy parts.

      Compressed Canned Computer Cleaning Air Spray should do it.

      I've used vacuums before---but mostly on heavy-duty laptops. I'd go with the compressed air suggestion instead. It's your safest bet. ... And unless you have a computer vac -- reg. vacs prolly wouldn't get the job done, correctly.
