I just was watching an episode of MLP and wondered what happened to Applejack's parents. I'm pretty sure they died because of the statement Applejack made when Apple Bloom got her cutie mark. She said "Otf Mom and Dad were here they'd be so proud of ya." Anyone who speaks about their parents that way means they are dead.
