  1. I have made it for 3 weeks without internet. As long as I have people to talk with and stuff to do then I'm good. I think I could only handle a week without internet if I was stuck at home before I start to get really bored.
  2. COD 2 or 5 (WAW) were the good ones. COD 1 was also good just for how hard the campaign was. I played Ghosts for about 15 minutes and that was enough for me.
  3. Maybe a main villain. No main characters though, that would be too rough for a show like MLP.
  4. Alicorns are OP simply put. I don't mind them much but it just feels like godmodding in a way giving a character all that power.
  5. So many bugs right now it's not even funny. I liked just jumping into a random game and screwing around for fun. Now it takes 15+ minutes to find a game. Same as last time, one team just rolls the other most of the time. I almost wish this new update never happened at this point.
  6. Keep in mind some people are crazy enough to think that the moon landings were faked and stuff around those lines. Some people are just plain ignorant and nothing can be done to convince them of otherwise.
  7. Gloom and Bloom I think it was called. Having an unlikable cutie mark (job) made me feel kind of down. The idea of having a crappy job for the rest of my life just makes me feel depressed.
  8. On my couch at around 3 in the morning. I got so bored that I decided to try the show out and quickly got hooked.
  9. I could see Twilight having another breakdown and going all evil.
  10. Awesome! Interesting to see how many people like the show. I wonder how many Bronies there really are out there but just won't admit it out of fear of getting in trouble for it.

    Hello

It's been 6 days since I joined up here and I must say I'm impressed. I don't think I've ever seen such a nice group of people on the internet before. Just a few general questions though. How does the role play stuff work? Do I just ask to join in or should I sign up anywhere? As for friends do you just add people or should I PM them first?
  12. What types of robots and zombies are we talking about? Modern day robots? They would not have a chance because they don't have any defense systems and would just run out of power after a while.
  13. I never get emotional over TV shows but the Futurerama episode about Fry's dog was pretty rough. Just about the closest I have ever gotten to crying over a TV show.
  14. I'm not expecting much at all. Even if the movie gets 90% ratings it will not be nearly as popular as shows like Frozen because it is just about lightly colored ponies. I can assume that Hasbro knows this and will not try to make the best movie ever because it will just be a waist of money. Most of the hardcore Bronies will see the movie anyways even if it sucks and most of the younger fans of the show will likely see it anyways. I'm just expecting an hour long episode as that's what most TV movies are.
  15. I swear next to never but I have gotten in the habit of swearing when something goes horribly wrong. I just save it for when there really is a problem and I feel the need to let some anger out.
  16. I never felt truly lonely until I started working nights. I'm so tired out during the afternoons that all I want to do is relax and play video games. During the weekends I am up all night so I don't spend much time with my family anymore. It is also tough to get together with my friends which I used to see everyday. I don't even talk to people at work much because I am on my own for most of the day and I don't get along well with them.
  17. I really hope Wales wins. The game vs. Belgium was awesome! I feel like Germany is going to win in the end though sadly, just my guess.
  18. Interesting. I thought it was very close to 1890's America with some exceptions but it looks like I'm wrong.
  19. Your not invisible! I have only been on here since Sunday and I have seen you all over the place! @OP I love my life! It has been rough at moments but I have money, I live in one of the worlds greatest nations, I have a loving family and a stable income. I do have a really depressing job right now though working nights but it's just temporary. Stuck in a windowless building by myself with almost nobody to talk to for 8 hours is rough. I don't even like the people that work there and would rather stay out of their way.
  20. Ever since I started watching MLP I have always gotten a feeling that the show was set in a 1890's Ponifyed version of America. The tec fits well with the 1890's as there is no electricity, rail travel / stage coach is a popular transpiration mode and printing presses are used for newspapers which are the main form of media. Also things like the Buffaloes, the Flim Flam brothers and early Manehatten remind me a lot of the 1890's. Of course things later in the show like DJ Pon3, some parts of Manehatten and places like the Bowling Ally or certain dinners don't fit well but for the most part it seems very similar to 1890's America. Anybody else think the setting was biased off of 1890's America?
  21. I think Microsoft Train Simulator was my first game I ever played. I must of been about 5 when I first tried it. Strange game for a 5 year old to play and enjoy.
  22. COD series. I personally don't like COD anymore because of insane prices and crazy amount of DLC it has but the hate is just out of control. People always complain that COD is the same thing every year (which is kind of true) but when the series does something new people also freak out. At this point people just hate on COD because it seems like a fun thing to do and because people like band wagons.
  23. How on earth can you spend 10+ hours on a forum in one day? I start to get a headache after a few hours or get bored. Are these forums just that exciting? I spent close to 4 hours on my first day anyways. 4 hours is the absolute most I have ever spent on forums in 1 day. I'm just going to hope that this dose not get out of hand.
  24. Nuclear power is far less damaging then other energy sources like coal or oil. The Chynobyle incident only happened because of a screw up from the operators. Fukoshima only happened because of bad design. Apparently a similar situation occurred to a power plant in India I think but it turned out all right in the end because the cooling pumps were on the roof. I also think that a new type of reactor is being designed which is almost melt down proof. On the topic of Nuclear power, check out Thorium. It creates something like 98% less waist then Uranium power. Much safer and efficient then the current nuclear power plants.
