i want to make one too but i only just joined the fandom and my art, music and editing skills are more undeveloped than a newborn child T-T

Just keep on practicing. I know it's a cliche response but it's a good way to develop skills more. I don't expect my PMV to even be close to the kind of awesome stuff that gets submitted in contests at conventions. I just want to get better and better over time. Oh, and if you want to get into fandom art, pixel art doesn't require much when it comes to actual artistic skill unless you're doing super detailed stuff. I recommend giving it a try.

i dont exactly like the thought of being caught drawing mlp art by anybody i know so of course my efforts to get good are hindered a lot :c but yea ill usually do work on improving the design of my OC when nobody is home or its late at night not to mention i dont have any equipment either so i cant do digital art like it want too, pencil and paper is fine for now i guess XP
