      That's very interesting to hear in Japanese. It kinda caught me off guard that this song would be using two different words for smile, since the noun is a different word from the verb
      So it uses both "egao" (noun, used to describe a grinning face) as well as "waratte" (the action of smiling)
      But then they also throw in the English "smile" because waratte doesn't fit with the music in certain spots.
