Yep. Pretty much exactly the same. 

@Sparklefan1234 I was mostly talking about the moral and situation of said moral. The reason Rarity put FS in charge is because she trusts her to not only do a good job but do a good job as herself. But FS misunderstood and started acting like someone she’s not. She learns at the end that she should have just acted like herself and everything would have been fine.

That exact same thing happens in TSRR. Rarity puts everyone in charge and they all act like people they aren’t because they misunderstood. At the end, they all learn that they should have just acted like themselves because that is why Rarity trusts them.
