      @Lord Valtasar - I assumed they meant "have achieved their goal" - but that said, Pinkie hasn't really had a goal to achieve, Flutters has had achievements without an overall goal, and I am not sure Twi hasn't just moved her goal to cover the path Celestia has set her on at any given time....
