    Shouldn't a Queen be higher on the MLP pecking order than a Princess?

    Technically, @Chrysalis should be the ruler of Equestria not @Princess Celestia.

      I thought I heard something about Lauren Faust not wanting to use the term "Queen"

      because Disney made it a negative word (Wicked Queen from Snow White) or something like that. 

       

      I know I'm wrong, though.

      I think it was Hasbro who had her rename "Queen Celestia". :ooh: I also think the "kings and queens are evil" thing is silly, but Princess Celestia does sound better to me. :dash:

      Either way, Queen Chrysalis being unreformed kind of makes the point moot. Those who rule responsibly for the good of Equestria deserve to inherit the throne of Canterlot, while those who use the kingdom for their own selfish reasons are unfit to rule.
