    I just finished rewatching "The Hooffields and McColts" and I was wondering:

     

    What was Twilight Sparkle's purpose for being included in this episode?

     

    From what I saw Twilight didn't really do anything to justify her presence.

      I don't recall much, but I think I can understand what you're referring to. Fluttershy more or less fixed everything as Twilight only caused more potential strife.
