      well.. i do that if i'm away for a week or something, and then it's about 300-700 notifications, then i just post a status update asking people to pm me if i missed something important
      fans can adore Trixie even without her replying to them all, it's how fame works, I however, while being a fan, am not Trixie myself so i have no such dedicated fans
