    Some, upon seeing my bookcase, may wonder what the point of collecting so many dictionaries and thesauruses is.

     

    Twilight Sparkle is not one of those ponies.

      Sillifrosty, the Latin pluralisation may be 'thesauri' but the English pluralisation is 'thesauruses'. Both are technically correct since 'thesaurus' is a Latin word adapted into English, and usage is approximately evenly divided between them, on the whole.

      Far less of a grammatical aberration to choose 'thesauruses' over 'thesauri' than, say, to use American English. :orly:
