  1. Just read Edwin Abbott's Flatland, and can honestly say I'm ashamed that it took me so long to get my hands on it.

    The definitive explanation-by-analogy of the concept of spatial dimensions beyond our customary three.

      Oh Poppycock! That's nothing compared to four huge chapter books of storyline-treading in the Twilight series!

      I am astonished even moreso that there aren't more jokes about the connection between the sparkling in Twilight and our own Twilight Sparkle.

      ...wait.... no, wait... Five, yes, Five books. Stephanie Meyer revisited the series to basically write the same fanfi-... I mean story, but with making the main character male and turning it Yaoi, yet likely not changing much of the original source material.                   ...and actually selling that in bookstores... like Wal-Mart.
