    Quick and easy holiday-thematic method of verifying that your dictionary is suitably verbose!

    Zymurgy is the last word in all satisfactory dictionaries: if the dictionary doesn't contain an entry for zymurgy it's a bad dictionary, and if the dictionary contains an entry for zymurgy but has more entries following it, it's a spectacular dictionary!

    What's the holiday connection, you ask? Zymurgy is the study of fermentation as applied to brewing or distilling! Without zymurgy you wouldn't be seeing all those cider reactions at the bottom of this post! Unexpected vocab expansion! Let's see you try and forget this word seconds after reading it!
