  1. (Yes. Yes I am.) Sighs, holding his head in his hooves, sitting alone as a light show went on above him. "My turn Storm Spark... My turn...." Erin muttered softly as he fell to the ground, his body dissolving into shards of light, that where swept up into the atmosphere. A Rose and a key was left on the ground where he once stood, as well as a stone tablet stating that his manor now fell into the hands of Storm, and his gardens fell into the hands of Rose. It also had the words engraved on it, 'Don't wait for me. I'm not coming back. -Erin Bronze-bolt'. Erin was gone.... Gone at last.
  2. M-Maybe I could go on a scouting mission! Yeah! And with that, Cora was racing towards the big house as fast as she could, calling "CHIRON!!! CHIRON!!!" she burst through the front door and looked around.
  3. Cora cleaned the cabin and thought for a while. I wonder if Percy's coming back... I miss Tyson too.... I need to think of a quest and present it to Chiron so I can finally get out of this place... She thought and thought until she felt that her head might explode.
  4. Cora headed to the Arena and practiced her skills in peace for a while. She studied her magical item after practice, a small horse shaped necklace. She tapped it and was then covered in deep blue and white armor. She tapped it again and sighed happily, the armor melting away. She continued to practice for a while, then headed back to cabin 3.
  5. Cora sighed and got herself back under control. Today was a very bad day for her. She went to the Apollo cabin and apologized, and offered some of her time slots. Then went to the Ares cabin and did the same. Everyone was okay with her presence again. After a few of her activities, she used her free time to go to the beach. She hung there for a while, even said hi to a Hippocampus.
  6. Cora led them around, campers all around her shooting her nasty looks, the Apollo cabin calling her terrible things and the Ares cabin throwing rocks when she went by. Cora no longer stood as tall, but she ignored the taunts and the threats until one kid from the Ares cabin called out, "I bet your mom died of how ugly you are Cora!" Just like that Cora snapped. "No one. And I mean NO ONE. Insults my mother. Now. Which one of you war brats SAID THIS TO ME! I WANT TO SEE YOU SAY IT TO MY FACE!" she yelled. When no Ares kids accepted the challenge she spit at their feet and walked on like nothing had happened. There were no more taunts, jeers, or rocks thrown at Cora for the rest of the tour.
  7. Cora looked up and smiled. "A-A-A-At least someone here d-d-doesn't consider me a-a complete freak." she muttered, "A-A-Anyways I hope you're b-both claimed tonight." Cora stood and said quietly, "I-If the Ares ki-kids are feeling generous, Arcadia, we could finish our tour, a-a-and I could give you one... S-S-Sorry but what's your name?"
  8. Cora ignored the knocks at the door for a few minutes, then sighed and with a blanket wrapped around her, she opened the door and said quietly, "Y-Y-Yes...?" She didn't meet their eyes and her's were red from crying. The young native american let them come inside and pulled up a few comfy chairs near Percy's potted plants. The bronze hippocampi charms hanging from the ceiling clinked in the soft breeze coming from an open window, and Cora's own hair blew loosely.
  9. "Can't I have ONE second to be a part of Storm's re-arrival!?" Erin groaned and trotted in circles in sight of the hill.
  10. Looking around she saw everyone staring at her in horror. Cora backed away from everyone and ran to her cabin, the hawk now resting where she once stood, wrapped in her jacket. She slammed the door of cabin 3 behind her and plopped on her bunk sadly staring at the window.
  11. Cora just cradled the bird, standing there with wide eyes. Tears slowly rolled down her cheeks as she remembered the scene she had created. At last she spoke, "Arcadia... P-P-Please... I-I-If you h-hate me now I-I understand... J-J-Just please... H-Heal the bird." she whispered, her voice quivering. Suddenly she looked up at the hill. "Chiron... T-T-There are others."
  12. "M-M-My cabin..? O-Oh... N-Number three. P-Poseidon." she said softly. A wounded bird, a hawk, with an Apollo cabin arrow shot through it's wing fell to the ground in front of Cora. The young Sea child looked down slowly. A look of anger, shock, and compassion all rolled into one appeared on her face. Cora bent down and carefully picked the hawk up, cradling it in her arms. It looked at her, it's amber eyes glazed with pain. She looked across the clearing, where a group of three Apollo kids were high-fiving, and giving each other looks of triumph... until they saw Cora. A conveniently placed fountain stood nearby. Cora looked up from the hawk slowly and walked towards the trio of boys. "Who... Shot this bird?" she said with the most frighteningly calm voice. The so-called leader of the group hid a bow behind his back and backed away slowly. Cora, cracking her neck, held the bird carefully in one hand, and with the other, willed the nearby water to clench the trio in a whirling cyclone of roaring water. Bystanders ran inside their cabins and peeked out through windows as Cora bent the water to harm all of the Apollo boys left arms, to give them a sense of the pain they caused the young hawk. "CORA! CORA ELRIC, PUT THEM DOWN!" Chiron screamed as he galloped toward the young daughter of Poseidon. Cora then realized what she was doing, and gently set them down, the water splashing to the ground. Tears stained the cheeks of the teenage boys and Cora placed a hand over her mouth in horror as they all clutched their left arms, moaning in pain. Tears began to challenge her as she cradled the hawk and backed away from everyone slowly. She looked at Chiron and said quietly, her voice trembling, "I-I-I-I d-didn't mean t-to... It w-w-w-was only an ac-accident..." ...
  13. "Y-Yes Chiron, Sir." Cora said in a nervous, yet firm kind of way. She motioned for Arcadia to follow her, as she jogged down Half-Blood Hill. She headed for the Canoeing lake, showing the new girl the naiads and teaching her little bits of mythology as they toured. Cora still seemed nervous, and her stutter still remained, but she seemed determined to be welcoming and get Arcadia to a point where she was comfortable here.
  14. "Ch-Chiron?" Cora asked sheepishly as she walked up next to him, "I-I-Is there a-anything I can do to-to help?" She half hid behind Chiron, looking shy as she peered at Arcadia from behind Chiron's shoulder.
