Okay PokéFans! I really got a question/story I need help with! If any of you wanna hear, like @ShadOBabe or @Odyssey!
You were talking about ingame glitches, @SolarFlare13? I can back it up now!
I have in my Pearl version the lil' Seedot I evolved since into a Shiftry… who came, from the wild, with the moves as follows:
Leech Seed: Only an Egg Move.
Frustration, Solar Beam & Giga Drain: all TM only
...and I caught it at the top of Route 120, Hoenn….. where they don't naturally appear either!
...considering that Frustration move... reeeeally feels like its a little seed that got abandoned by its previous trainer!
It's, like, the only reason now that I can't delete my Pearl save file! ...and also my special edition Spiritomb, Arthas.

@SolarFlare13 Modest. Which, if I can hazard a guess is a boost to Special attack, as she's pretty speedy too. Comes with Chlorophyll too!
Darn good stats if somebody released the poor thing... though how that actually happens ingame, I can't imagine.
But we're missing the point here! How do I trade up from pokemon Pearl version?
And how in the Blue Turboflares does this happen in the games?! A pokemon with moves it can't learn?!!?

Really!? O.O your shifty has Modest? That's a REALLY good nature for it

Oh wow :O yeah, you got a REALLY good one. When you've got an ability like Chlorophyll, you dont really need a nature that boosts speed. If anything, you need a Nature that boosts your special attack.
Umm...I forget the process, but if you were to transfer your pokemon from gen 4 to gen 5, you need to beat the elite 4 in gen 5, there should be a lab on the way to black city / white forest. you go there and that's how you transfer your Pokemon

I know, its creepy how... pre-trained it seems! I tried looking it up, and supposedly there's this PokeNav thing in Omega/Alpha that could do that... but this was original Emerald version. First encounter in the grass at that!
Didn't the lab only work with the GameBoy Advance games? Shouldn't Pokémon Bank work still? Huh...
