I am expecting that Chrysalis, Tirek and Sombra might be candidates for Guardians of Harmony. Though Chrysalis needs to breed millions of more changelings.

nope, all she need is some help. a big mighty and powerful villain, but then again, why would such villain need Queen Chrysalis then? .... i think we won't hear from her for awhile now. +- million changelings doesn't matter, since everypony know now how to reform them.
