  1. Do have to wonder where you get your avatar pics from. I... wanna say an orca? But I'm kind of getting thrown by the blue hair & tongue when it comes to pinning down the species. Cute though!

      Did you just call Orcas sharkish whales? LMAO! They are related to the toothed whale families which includes all Dolphins, Porpoises and Sperm Whales. Also Orcas have no scales at all, they are completely smooth to the touch. Personally I think the union between the two is pretty awesome, since I love both Orcas and Dragons. I also have some shark dragons.

      Well... in the sense their large predators that dominate their local habitat. Always thought it was a very fine coat of wetsuit like scales, but I ain't familial with no aquatic mammals. One could say even humans have scales! Just very cellularly tiny!

      No. They do not have scales of any sort. Their epidermis is just "skin". It is much thicker than human skin and it is pulled tight over the dermis which is just blubber. It has a very rubbery slippery feel. The only mammals with scales are Pangolins as far as I know, and they are adorable.
