Sometimes I wonder about game designers and the things they think about...

I've finished replaying FF I - V, now starting on FFVI... it has been years since I sat down with it... and I forgot how much the opening music pulled me into the game, and how much I loved this game years ago.
I am playing the remastered version on Steam, so there are differences in graphics and in layout, but the game is as amazing as ever.

Nearly 80% of all animals on Earth have six legs (or more).
So everyone do a quick count to see if you are unique or not.

I love the Steam summer sales... well I love Steam sales in general.
Removed a few more games from my wishlist... of course that just means more games in the pile to be played.

Nothing with early access.
Mostly just a bunch of older games. I tend to keep games on my wishlist until either they are on sale, or I just have to buy them now for some reason or another. I don't pay that much attention to new releases or what is trending or any of that stuff, so just pull from old classics I loved in the past, or games I missed the first time around.

More Monopoly money is printed in a year, than real money throughout the world.

Studies have shown that a cat falling off the seventh floor of a building has about a thirty percent less chance of surviving than a cat that falls off the twentieth floor.
I really don't want to know how they conducted those studies.

American car horns tend to honk in the key of F more than any other.
Which means it and Yesterday by The Beatles have something in common.

Rubber bands last longer when stored in a refrigerator.

A jiffy is actually a real measurement of time. It is 1/100th of a second... so when someone tells you they will be back in a jiffy... they are lying, and you can tell them so.

Samba = Music to rub belly buttons together to. Which is what it translates to.

Your body must create enough mucus every two weeks to coat your stomach, otherwise it would digest itself.
Although I should have saved this one for Thanksgiving.

Well that was the most painful conversation I have had in a long time. And it just show me how spiteful people can be. Thanks world, I needed a few more kicks to the stomach to get this day rolling.

I hate June.. so many memories of what could have been replaced by what came to be.
Sometimes I loathe being all alone, and then this rolls round and reminds me why I choose to be.

Some people just say something dumb, and then there are those others that like to make a cape out of dumb and wear it running around making whooshing noises.
Worst superheroes ever.

Barbara Millicent Roberts is literally the most successful woman in history. She has had more careers in the amount of time most of us will ever have studying for one.
Either that or she just can't hold a damn job.
-
I don't consider many of the jobs she had something you walk in off the street for, thus "careers". It is not my fault she can't stick with one.
Wu Zetian has never been an Astronaut, Thunderbird, NAScar driver, Super Hero, princess or President. Something Ms. Roberts has been. On the other hand, Ms. Roberts is formulating her plan now to eventually conquer China.

When licking an US stamp, you consume about 1/10 of a calorie. If you live in the UK you are getting about 5.9 calories per stamp lick... and if it is the commemorative stamps you are pushing 14.5 calories!
And we are worried about cheeseburgers.

Nowhere in the nursery rhyme does it say Humpty Dumpty is an egg.
