      The center of the storm is now supposed to go over the west coast of Florida, so over where I live on the northeast coast of Florida conditions will be good enough to where we do not need to evacuate. Of course that doesn't mean we're letting our guard down

      You're still going to see the Upper Right Quadrant, which is the most dangerous part of the storm, because that's where a vast majority of the tornadoes from a hurricane is formed.
