I always thought, that the FAQ section deserves more love and I wanted to get into this aaaaages ago, but ... well, better late than never!

I just now noticed this!  How long have you had me here lmaooo

I like it. 

So my therapist says I likely have adhd combined type. 
 

Which trips me out cause I always thought that was caught while you were a kid and that you had to be hyperactive which I’m not very.  But she said sometimes it just doesn’t get caught in school,  especially in my case when I have the inattentive form more so than hyperactive.
 

But looking back into my childhood I guess some things make sense now.  Like when I was a kid after all the other kids learned to read I still had to continue a one on one reading class for awhile because I struggled learning to read, and also throughout school I hated reading (still do) because I could never really comprehend what I was reading.  
 

She got with my psychiatrist and Im gonna start taking adhd meds Tuesday.  
 

I sure hope this is it and this helps me cause I can’t live the rest of my life feeling the way I do right now.  
 

Anyway that’s that, we’ll see how it goes.

I know this is a terrible place to ask, but I'm asking everywhere anyway.

But does anyone have an example UCAS personal statement for any university degree? I just want to see how different people have done theirs. (Yeah I'm aware that most people here would have no idea about what I'm talking about. but it;s worth a shot - For all I know there might be an Oxbridge professor on this site )

It sucks that I now have to keep quiet about some of the things that bring me joy and that I'm passionate about. Something that used to never be viewed as bad to people before even though it's false. Now it's probably to the point where I have to for my own safety.
