    Just rewatched The Beginning of the End. I noticed that Pinkie uses the word "cavalry", and says "poodles" like a swear word. Also, I really want to know more about Gusty the Great.

      she was in the story Twilight was reading at the children's hospital, so i doubt we'll see her directly, but maybe Grogar or Cellestia could tell the full story

      Well, Pony of Shadows was at first a charater from a ghost story told by Applejack, Daring Do was a book character and Star Swirl was a semi-mythical figure, and we saw all of them eventually. So who knows?
