As some of you may know, I’m from Kherson region of Ukraine. So today is a good day for me: the city of Kherson is finally liberated. The best news in months.

Happy b-day Oleks.

I have moved from Kyiv to a quieter place. I can't say it's safer because nowhere in Ukraine is really safe now, as russian rockets have a long range, but at least I don't hear any explosions and shots fired now. Anyway, all people not directly involved with the military have been asked to leave the city. I hope I'll be able to return one day. 

Two weeks of war. Only two previous nights were quiet, but only here in Kyiv. In many other cities and towns the russians are bombing maternity hospitals, residential blocks and schools, mining evacuation corridors and shooting civilians who try to escape. Over 60 children have been killed. We are facing the absolute evil, and it looks like the struggle will continue for a long time.
But we are resisting, even people in the occupied regions. Yesterday my parents attended a demonstration in my hometown, one of many in the invaded territories where people show the occupiers that they are not welcome here. 

Soon there will likely be a massive attack on Kyiv, and I’m not planning to leave my place for the next week. My main objective is to survive. A piece of advice to you all: enjoy life while you can, do the things you’ve always been meaning to do, buy the stuff you’re hesitant about, tell people the things you’re nervous to tell them. Millions of Ukrainians can no longer do those things, so go ahead while you still can.

Didn’t sleep well last night because of the explosions, and heard an extremely loud rocket (?) flying by in the morning, but the day was quiet. Russian invaders are being repelled by our heroic defenders and haven’t come close to my location yet.

Unfortunately, Belarus is getting ready to deploy its army against Ukraine, and the mad dictator Putin is threatening the world with nukes. At the same time the first round of peace negotiations is likely to happen soon.

Another evening in Ukraine, another day of fighting off the invaders. We are staying strong and thank the world for support.

I still hear explosions from time to time. No sirens near me yet. Kyiv is getting ready for a new wave of attacks. The invaders are going mad, targeting residential buildings, dams, orphanages, buses and ambulances, threatening to shell power plants, and plundering the occupied territories. It’s going to be tougher before it gets better. 

I once again ask you to share the charity links from my profile description wherever you can, Ukrainians appreciate every little bit of help. Thank you!

Russians are launching rocket strikes on Kyiv. Their troops are approaching the city. It's a peculiar feeling - knowing you can die any moment now.

It's also the best thing that came out of G5 so far, in my subjective opinion. It manages to do something that the movie wasn't able to do: It makes me laugh.

I don't really talk about G5 and avoid its topics for the most part, because I don't really have anything positive to say and I don't want to ruin the enjoyment for anyone. But I wanted to at least make this post and share my thoughts with you.

With Hello Pinkie Pie, Pony Life, G5 movie and the 2D version probably as well, it is very clear that FIM was just something extraordinary and not the norm. Something they normally don't do. Everything besides FIM was never meant to appeal to me, I'm not their target audience.

Even though I'm a hardcore FIM fan, I'm always looking forward to new exciting and fresh things. That's why I gave the other content a chance too, I even watched the G5 movie 2 times to be absolutely sure, but it really didn't appeal to me. Everything, from the graphics, characters, designs to the songs - it wasn't for me. The pace was really weird and the writing... The whole thing is mediocre at best. Just...boring... That's how I feel about it.

For the future it probably means that, if things and all the topics are more centered around G5, this will be the time when I become less active. I will always be here, since I love this place and you guys. But I dunno, I hope there will at least always be a small circle of FIM lovers.

This looks horrifying, and ponies are in it for some reason.

Happy birthday to you! The longest friendship I have had on this forum is with you. I am honored to be your friend and I enjoy each conversation I have with you. Hopefully you can do something to remember this one by. 

I have always found something perplexing. I find it really annoying that a lot of people type in all lower case on the internet. It isn’t difficult to use capitals. It amazes me that we have all this technology yet people still act illiterate.
