  1. FiM definitely addressed some things too late or even didn't address them at all, like the origins of Zecora that have now been explored in the comics (yes, I now they had plans for it in the show that didn't get approved). Other things, like most of the Pillars, were addressed only superficially. And Twilight becoming an alicorn is an example of FiM concluding an arc too early and too hastily. At the same time some things they did address were pleasant surprises to me. For example, I didn't expect to see an episode about AJ's parents or the conclusion of Lyra and Bon Bon's background story. Also, Twilight and Shining recognizing Spike as their brother, and not just Twi's assistant was something I never expected them to address.
  2. Just got a random thought that chess players should announce each move like anime characters. That would make the game even cooler.
  3. Some dark jokes in the new MLP/Transformers comic issue.

    1. Megas

      Megas

Yup, that's why Skywarp's my favorite of the Seekers

  4. I agree with everyone who said "Big Mac", but I'd like to add an honorable mention: Doctor Whooves. He went from a random background pony to basically the Doctor in a pony from, and he even had a background relationship development with Roseluck.
  5. Watching 2 out of 3 sequels was a waste of my time, so the prequel trilogy is better, in my opinion, because at least I have some fond childhood memories about it. Plus, it has my favorite SW character.
  6. My guess is they are teenagers, definitely younger than the Mane Six. Although it's based mostly on Sunny's room decor and badges.
  7. Twilight: the type that usually says “I don’t have time for games”, but when tries one, can get addicted and wants to complete everything with 100% results. Pinkie Pie: casual gamer, plays for fun with friends, always accidentally finds exploits. Rainbow Dash and AJ: compete with each other all the time, probably mostly playing fighting and racing simulators. Fluttershy: that EG short pretty much sums it up, but possibly also a fan of survival horrors. Rarity: played The Sims once, spent 4 hours customizing her character. Spike: switched to single player games after Shining beat him all the time in multiplayer as a kid. Prefers tabletops anyway. Starlight: a fan of old school turn based strategies that no one knows about, finds it hard to find someone to play with. In RPGs always cheeses as a mage.
  8. Owl House Season 2 is coming on June 12th! Finally some good news and something to really be looking for.

  9. Limestone Pie. Didn't like her at first, but now she is my favorite Pie sister. Also, speaking about things beyond the show, Tempest Shadow. When I saw her for the first time, I hated her design and expected an edgy OC-like creature, but she turned out to be my favorite MLP movie character in the end.
  10. I hope you enjoy the books, as they are great, and not just for their target audience. I read them when I was a teenager and, honestly, I don't think they made me anyone's apologist. I didn't think much about the author when I read them - just enjoyed the story. Now, more than 10 years after I finished them I don't have urges to retcon any characters or anything like that, so this Rowling's habit is not contagious.
  11. Fluffle Puff sure looks different these days.

Dude, it is this I approve :-D

(btw, sorry for the late reply, I have other things to take care of:lie:)

  13. Someone has already suggested that in terms of personality Izzy could be Pinkie + Rarity, Sunny – Twilight, Zipp – RD, Hitch – AJ, and Pipp – Fluttershy. But all of this based on only several images and a few seconds of animation. I personally would like each of them to have some unique traits, not found in any of the Mane 6. As for the origin of the Mane 5, my favorite headcanon so far is that Hitch is a descendant of Snails.
  14. Nightcrawler (2014). Jake Gyllenhaal did a fine job portraying a person whose every action and phrase made me uncomfortable. Good film.
  15. Single player. Team work and competition are not my things. I wouldn't mind trying to play a TBS with a friend though.
  16. Weekend mood:

  17. There's at least one in FiM: Silver Script and Star Bright: Plus, the one in Equestria Girls was confirmed by a show crew member, if I recall correctly.
  18. Remember, little ones:

  19. In my opinion, it's a good game, not just for its time. Several years ago I had a hard time playing it, because for some reason it was impossible to change the controls. However, it was still interesting: spectacular combat, good story (even Witcher 1 has a decent story, BTW), diverse enemies. I want to finish it one day.
  20. Maybe. I didn't go there often before COVID, so I can't say I miss them. But if another MLP movie is ever released in theaters, then I might go.
  21. Turbo Kid (2015). It was gory and charming. I liked the simplicity of the story, and the little bikes were just adorable.
  22. I don't have a preference. As long as the content is good, any format is fine. Although I must say I usually find 3D more spectacular and 2D more atmospheric.
  23. The Croods: A New Age. It was fun. Great visuals, nice story. I liked how creative they were with their animals, and some jokes made me chuckle.
  24. I'd like to see everyone but humans in G5. Diamond Dogs would be particularly interesting to see. Maybe also sentient deer from the comics, although it would contradict the show, where deer are just animals.
  25. What does a sloth say?

    1. Props Valroa

      Props Valroa

I never knew that sloths even had a sound.
