Long story, but the support never helps. They never respond. 

Well at least in my case it took them one day for each reply. I sent a support ticket once and they reached out to me the next day. Then, I replied the same day and they answered me back the next day. Just one day for a reply is really fast, compared to many other supports, where one can wait weeks, months or even never receive any reply at all.

Edit: And it's always a good idea to keep checking the spam folder. For example, dumb outlook constantly marks legit emails as junk. I had answers to my support tickets in spam, not Discord's though, it was an inquiry I sent to a shop. I wish I could disable the spam filter altogether, but Microsoft always replies with random crap whenever someone asks for this. They tell you to whitelist email addresses, but do they expect me to put literally every single email there? what the hay, let me disable it altogether, why they insist on using their dumb filter that doesn't work properly. So many people are getting mad for this and ms staff posts random stuff as if they didn't read anything lol.
