It is really starting to hit me that I'm not getting any younger. I turn 19 this year and 20 next year. I can't believe that, but that's how life goes.

  Meh. Age just records your laps around the sun. I'm in my late 30's and I still have a long way to go. When you reach my point, your teenage years are tiny and cringey compared to what follows afterwards. Just keep going forward and cherish the things you encounter along the way.
  
  Also, growing up is for the birds. Never feel you have to give up something that you are fond of in the here and now just because you end up a few years older. I'll be old and grey and still be playing video games and watching cartoons.
