@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would sigh in a long weary manner as he would take in what Flint said to him. "Apparently I can't go anywhere with beings from other dimensions and other worlds following me and interfering with my plans, either way. I might as well jump off a cliff and throw in the towel if this is going to be how it is." he stated in a sarcastic manner while rolling his eyes. "But seriously, the prevalence of creatures like you seems to always attract in my direction one way or the other. You also don't seem to know where you come from. Neither does she." Sombra would gesture towards Una slightly there as he would go silent for a bit as he would process what was going on for a bit longer. "If you want to make yourself useful to me, be my guest. You can start being useful by removing whatever was following me. Then we will go from there. You may have a guess to who I am, or if not, you can figure it out yourself." he grunted, looking off towards the entrance as if expecting Flint to do what he said there.

Rarely do I ever feel the need to make status updates or public announcements about how I'm feeling or what I've been up to in life, but I suppose since it's the end of the year, I'll take some time to really collect my thoughts. I have a loving family, good home life, friends who are there to support me. My support structure has only improved throughout 2022. I killed off the "Starforce/Starlight" identity, as to me, that was something that represented the past - a past I no longer want to be marked by. Now I am moving onward towards figuring out a possible Job I may be interested in, and pursuing other things that are more productive. 2022 in a sense was like a repeat of 2019 for me in terms of my connections with people. A big event happening that shakes up everything, leading me to go down a different path socially, to put it one way. Not that it matters that much in the grand scheme, times and people change, I certainly feel like a different person now than I did at the start of the year. There was a major break in friendship that I had this year. I was friends with them for about 3 years. Ultimately, it was something that I learned from. It was good that it happened - as it helped me realize that I needed to create a filter. There were other situations, such as other false friends and negative people here and there - all of that only served to strengthen my resolve. That other person, I have no ill will towards them, the situation happened, and we moved on from it - learning from it. My strategy, to make it clear, with friendships is to put in the same that they give to me. Friendships are built by either side, and when one doesn't pull their weight - it breaks. I know who I will get along with and I know who I will not. I now have my filter clear and set in my mind. No more false friendships. Either I will find the interest with people, or I don't - and move on. No more shenanigans. I've had enough of false and toxic relationships. I've had too much of that in my youth. I accomplished many things, such as reading the Austraeoh series and finishing it in full - it was a wild ride that was probably the most important part of the year to me. I improved on my writing ability, as well. I've settled on the name Props (for now). A name of one of the ponies in the fimfic I came to like. Has a ring to it which I like. I went places this year. I went to Vermont, New Hampshire, and saw America's Stonehenge. I went and did things I haven't done last year or before. There were many improvements in my IRL life, as well. 2022 was a good year of learning experiences. 2022 was a much better year than 2021 was, that is for sure. As for what is to come for 2023, I only seek to improve myself. Start working out again. Get my driver's license, and find a job to get a start on life.

@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would stop walking and turn to face towards where the speaker had spoken from, his eyes settled on those three sets of glowing circles. It took her a second to recognize that it was the same individual from before, and upon that realization he was made more suspicious of this individual. Everything in his mind told him to eliminate this possible threat as soon as he realized who it was - but he relented and took a moment to look over the individual's features. It seemed they were a similar being to that of Una, which only made him more curious. "Let's cut to the chase. You are clearly the same species as this one here." he pointed to Una. "Most likely biologically engineered through highly advanced and unfamiliar technology, from another dimension -as a weapon. You are far more along in your understanding of yourself than she is. So tell me, what is your purpose here, and who are you? You seem to have some ability to sense us, track us, with whatever otherworldly magic you have. You know more than you let on." he snorted. "In my time, I didn't have to deal with other worlds bleeding into our own. So tell me." he said, more of a command if anything.

Was happy to attend...for about a minute before I was dragged away. Oh well.

Am feeling fairly decent. Am ready for a new year.

@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would give Una a serious look and he would stop casting any future spells suddenly. With his magic, he would pack away the books he had stolen. He would also take Una's books out of her possession and pack them away too. His look indicated that he was willing to fight at a moment's notice if they were about to be attacked suddenly. His expression told Una all that he needed to - that he didn't want anyone to know that they had stolen books from the library. "This was a mistake. We shouldn't have come into this cave. Allows others to block off the entrance. If we were anywhere else, I would go and fight them off - but we are in a highly populated area and we cannot risk being uncovered. We must retreat further into the caves." he spoke, and would quickly begin moving further back towards the cave incase there was going to be any oncoming attacks in his direction. He moved briskly, indicating that Una should do the same.

Detonate it in Jupiter's atmosphere.

I've never heard of him until now as I'm not really interested in sports, but, he did many great things in his life - and I would wager that he was a great man, as well. I hope he rests well.

@Illiad Easle If you would like to discuss RP ideas for the future, perhaps we can discuss something and get a relatively good idea down. Doesn't have to be something we start right away.

@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would have looked back at her and noticed something was different with her magic. Whatever it was, she was doing something somewhat successful with it. He didn't really pay it any real attention - as he wanted to show her that she had a degree of freedom to test her own magical ability as she saw fit. Of course, it was just another way to show her that he was such a "lenient" master. If this was back in his own Kingdom, he imagines that he would have had his scientists examine her and perform tests on her to make her a weapon for war. Since he lacked any kind of ability to do things on that level - he obviously couldn't do it. As he continued with his magical ability - he noticed his ability and focus was getting stronger. Because he himself was an expert spellcaster, he had easily skipped the more introductory stages. This kind of magic would take an average pony a long time to learn, but he was casting it more or less normally by this point. There was one certain point where his own magic had replaced with a white glow while he was casting it, indicating that it had fully settled in - amplified by his modified amulets.

@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would then stand there and consider the implications of what he was doing. He obviously had only casted a few minor spells - and he had a bit to go to achieve mastery of the subject, but he knew that using types of magic that he had never used before would only increase his chances of success. What he was doing here was in the case of a battle - he would prefer to use subversion tactics rather than all out conquest like before. He had stolen many of the plans and blueprints so far, and he knew that technology had improved beyond measure. All of this would take him potentially months, if not years to fully come to terms to. After taking a bit to think to himself, he would begin practicing more light magic. Doing spells such as blinding spells, lasers, as well as pure light shields. It was really awkward and strange for him to do, but with time, he started to build up more of an ability to handle it. It still felt uncomfortable for him to do, though. It was purely awkward. He would proceed with studying the light book intently for the next few hours or so, wishing to completely focus on that one first, letting Una do much the same for what she was practicing.

@Illiad Easle @Blitz Boom Maud would have agreed with Play Wright's style of leadership and was satisfied with the idea of a council. Truth be told, she did not have much of an opposition to the Trojan Culture or their way of life - as she had made clear to Play Wright at one point. What Maud had been up to for that week mostly involved leading clean up and repairs. She had the idea that those who had been deceived would be put to work to fix the damage to the ship if they were capable of doing so. She was in support of removing the more rebellious Equestrians from the Project, those who had refused to accept that they were wrong - in her eye, they were nothing more than traitors who remained that way even after being proven that they were deceived. After they had fixed up the damage from the fighting, Maud would seek to establish cordial relations with other cultures aboard the Project to affirm good relations and a positive working aspect going forward. Spiral, meanwhile would have also attended the repairs. She'd use her magic to remove the wall she made during the fighting, and would volunteer for fixing up the project. If anyone asked her about it, she'd say that she was doing it as a way to atone for her own mistakes in the past. With there being pilots needed to fly the project, Merlot would volunteer and would recommend that Crank would also do as well. Perhaps they could get lucky enough to get into that piloting position. Due to shifts, she would still be available to do her previous roles - being a pilot for smaller crafts, and being a guard when it was needed of her. Trixie wouldn't have done anything all that remarkable. She would also attend the repairs of the ship and offer her time for the benefit of the Project. She wanted to do more, but wasn't entirely sure what she wanted to do.

@Illiad Easle Mind if you do a re-cap on the state of affairs onboard the project? It looks like the Trojans have now won.

@Catpone Cerberus Sombra would allow Una to practice, and would step away from her to give her some space. His horn would strobe a bright white as he would read something off the pages of his book - and a bright white laser would shoot down the cave and evaporate a stalagmite further down the cave. He carefully observed the results - watching the steam shooting from it. "Impressive." he remarked, and then would look for another spell to cast in the book - then his horn would flash white and he'd angle his horn forward, letting out a blinding flash from it. Una could see that Sombra was uncomfortable with the way he was casting the spell - that could potentially indicate that this magic was strange for him to cast due to his reliance on dark magic, but he was still able to cast it effectively with some difficulty.

@Jeric Wow, it's so interesting to see your mannerisms in how you talk in real life. Interesting!
