    @Jeric I won't object to a daily cap. If we are to add more new ranks, do you have any idea what new ranks would be added?

    @Jeric I must have missed that. I wonder what types of new ranks one may involve.

    @Jeric I imagine due to the higher level of posts being involved, more ranks should be added above that of 10,000, as I imagine that would be more attainable.

    @Rainbow Cloud Indeed, and for that same reason, I also wish that the post count was displayed in posts and threads as it was before. There was no issue with it being displayed.

    @Jeric So either way, posts will be counted in all sections of the forums? I feel like because of this, the point system may actually work better. Would the implementation of the point system apply to posts, statuses, etc made before the implementation of this system?

    The main reason why I do not use the Forum Lounge is that posts do not count there.

    For some reason I am not getting notifications for this thread. Is that because of these changes that are going on?

    This would encourage me to make more reviews on stories I have read and other projects of mine I don't have any other places to really display anywhere else.

    @Jeric Why do post counts not display on posts? This has always bugged me. Can you put the post count back on posts? It doesn't look right to me.

    If there is a concern for people abusing the system, there can be a limit on how much points for things other than posts. One can put as many posts as they want as usual, but in other places - maybe a cap.

    It isn't every day we have new systems implemented. I am all for a new system. This system would reward activity, which is needed on this forum. Perhaps if activity is rewarded more, more users will be encouraged to be more active.

    @Jeric Why are banners on the forums shrunk down a bit? Does the change in ranks affect other things on the forums?

    @Jeric So when this is fixed, our ranks will go back to where they should be? And users who didn't have their ranks upgraded, will have theirs be in the right place?

    @Jeric It makes sense this isn't out of your hands but maybe in the future one can have the forums not have things that aren't, if that makes sense? I understand your situation and hope you get better.

    @Kujamih Scar was the name I went by before I left the forums in 2019 and spent a whole year away from the MLP community. It's a name that signifies my departure - hence a scar.

    @Illiad Easle Thats a good point. I feel more than disappointed because I spent years working in the RP section to improve myself - and when I get the highest rank, it doesn't change over and then at the top of it all, I get shoved back down to this low rank. I have over 10,000 posts now - only for that to feel wasted. I know a rank is a silly thing, but I at least want some reward for all the time I spent here.

    When I was younger, we would use DVD and VHS tapes all the time. I am old enough to remember when VHS tapes were the norm, at least in my household.
