Spectra would look to Operata as he spoke about Gronth. Of no doubt, such a personality as his had quite the story to tell. It was one that she would not be blessed by the details, nor did she have the heart to ask as of right now. Spectra wanted to know more. She wanted to know all, naturally - but that'd spoil the mystery. She was one to put her priorities first above all else. Gronth could potentially be a loyal ally in her new order someday in the future. She would be sure to remember him. Remember him well - she most certainly will.
Operata would not get much of a response from Spectra, other than a simple nod. If she knew what Operata was thinking - she wouldn't be that pleased. It was interesting for Operata to be in such a position where the only place he truly had freedom was within the confines of his own skull. Spectra had all the keys to keep him at her side. Who knows where he'd be at the moment if they never crossed paths. And more dangerously - who knows what she'd be up to, without his advice? Whether neither of them wanted to admit it or not, they both were trapped together. Spectra valued his advice, and held Operata's wife's life over his head.
To Gronth's question, she would nod respectfully. "Please, take your time." she would speak and would wait there respectfully for Gronth to prepare the items he had in mind to show her. She'd stand there quietly as she waited, mulling over what she was seeing in front of her. Le Perinne. Spectra swore she heard that name somewhere. Whoever that name belonged to, Spectra was able to read between the lines to tell that it was a name of great power and influence in this region. Something she'd be sure to find more about in the future. Perhaps it would be possible for them to meet, and for Spectra to garner some kind of influence within the region.
Spectra would watch as Gronth opened the boxes. There was much for her to take in here. First - her gaze would fall upon the amulet. "Astonishing. I have heard about these, though I have never actually seen one with my own eyes. They are so very rare that most ponies don't even know they exist. I have only heard scarce accounts about them." she would speak, her eyes lighting up slightly. Her tail shuffled a bit at what she was seeing here - though that is all the emotion she conveyed upon looking at this amulet. Her eyes would stare at it, taking in the various details of it. She was absolutely sure it was genuine. "Harmony magic is as old as the foundation of Equestria itself. I have seen very little information to go off of, beyond accounts of Equestria's founding. It is so rare, that very little information is recorded in history, according to my knowledge. I could be wrong about that, but one things for certain...this is one very special piece...." Spectra spoke, tapping her chin in deep thought. Spectra knew a lot about Harmony magic - she was around back then during the times when Equestria was founded. Not to mention, her original mentor is one of the most well known names in history...but that's a story for another day.
As for the next piece, it was arguably more impressive than that. To see such artefacts in close proximity with her was something that was beyond her wild dreams. She may very well stay here in KludgeTown for a while to get to know more of these artefacts. Her curiosity would get the best of her, and she'd wander closer to the blade- close enough to hear the blade. She knew better than to pick it up right now - as that would be disrespectful to Gronth in her eyes. Spectra may be a mare of power, but she has a level of respect - if even a mask, for those who treat her with respect. Of course, if she was able to, she'd run off and steal these wears for herself. She ideally would want them all to herself.
"Such a powerful unique weapon...such craftsmanship and history...if it is truly forged from the flames of the Pits than this is a one of a kind piece. I have never seen something like this, despite all my travels..." she said as she pondered Gronth's words. After Spectra spoke, she would hear the blade remarking on her moral character. It made her grin somewhat at what it said - it seemed like the blade had already judged her to be worthy? "Oh, I certainly hear things more than promises and lures - but that is for me to know." she would say somewhat slyly. It wasn't her style to reveal everything. Especially in such a sensitive environment, but it was perhaps worth it to say that she was worthy in a roundabout way. This blade was the most interesting weapon her eyes had ever fallen upon. It was more worth than any gold she could offer - at least in her eyes.
Last but certainly not least was the set of Arcadian Armor. Wait...Arcadian Armor? Spectra almost stumbled over her hooves to get a closer look at this, her eyes widening as she realized what this is. Spectra chuckled, though Operata could tell there was a degree of...fondness in her voice? A longing, almost? Her chuckle lasted only a short moment before she smirked. "Ah, I know of this. The elite Arcadian guard had these commissioned by the finest Craftsman of their time. King Neptune himself signed off on the decree to build some of the most powerful armor Equestria had known at the time. Perhaps it still holds true to this day, I cannot say. But this? This is what I am looking for. The Spear and the Shield, perhaps I'll find them, perhaps not, but this is the real deal right here." she spoke as she ran a hoof fondly on it as she looked to Gronth. She'd take a step back and smirk slightly.
"I will take the armor and the blade. If what I have given you here is not enough to satisfy me purchasing the armor and the blade - then here." Spectra would state as a blue flash would flare up next to here and there would be 5 gold bars that appeared next to her.
(At the Base)
Magloria would stand there like a tired general as she felt Veil's fear wash over her. For a while she would look on at Veil with harsh and disapproving eyes. Her rapier would stay pointed at her for several moments before she'd place it back into it's scabbard - which appeared on her body. The rapier itself was very intimidating - but even more so, was the one who wielded it. Magloria wasn't sure what was happening, she could somehow feel Veil's emotions. She didn't understand that - but it wasn't her primary concern at the moment. Nor did she really care all that much currently. All she wanted was to get to the bottom of what had happened and where she was.
"You know nothing, do you?" Magloria asked as she walked up to Veil in a menacing fashion. "Anything she says - she lies. Anything she has - she steals. All of these ponies, in those orbs? She abducted them." Magloria said, an expression much like a strict school teacher coming across her face. "I will let you live. Buck up, and control yourself. I will search for a way out of here." she said, suddenly pulling away from Veil. Magloria wasn't pleased with how Veil was acting, but she would begin walking down the hallway. Veil was free to follow her, if she wanted.
Magloria would spend some time searching the various hallways. She already had taken what she wanted. Taking too much would be too much for her to carry, anyway. In due time, she would find a large boulder blocked off by blue glowing magic. Magloria smirked - was Spectra really that weak, to use Magloria's own magic to seal this place off? Because it was her magic, she dispelled it instantly, and moved the boulder aside, and would lead the way out of a hole in the ground. She'd look up at the blue sky, taking in the mountainous landscape that revealed itself to her.
