My cat Charlie got out of the house and was runnin around the neighborhood. Fortunately after a couple hours, he came back. I'm super happy. It's dangerous where I live and my family says that "He'll come back" Even if that's true, there will be a day when he won't come back and I can't have that day. I just can't. I know Charlie is a cat, but he's more than that to me. He's like my child and I've been with him since the day he was born. We've been super close since his mom, sisters, and brothers had to leave us. Some people think that animals just love us because we feed them, but I know that Charlie doesn't think that way. The day his family had to leave us, I was in the bathroom where he was. He was crying and scared but we needed him to be quiet, otherwise the Animal Control lady would've taken him too. I went in there and just pet him. After a couple minutes he calmed down and was purring. Ever since Charlie has been like a brother to me. I know one day he's goin to have to leave me but I don't want that to be anytime soon. Anyways sorry that this post was so depressing. The point is that Charlie is back and he's happy.
