  1. Ya know any good dice games?

If say, one was to be a collector of dice.

...and surely nothing to the extent of gambling as may per the merit associated with the rolling of dice. That, *Cough*, would fullheartidly not be in the spirit of spreading on this, a family site.

Yes, I would say try Liar’s Dice. It’s a good game and easy to play! Gambling optional

And how to you play that?

...yeah, I could look it up, but then I wouldn't be socializing, would I?

You and each player have a cup and 5-6 dice. You each roll the dice under the cups and look at what you rolled. Then you go around the table declaring how many of which face you rolled in combination with the other players. So if one person says “There are two 5’s”, you can say “there are three 5’s” or higher. But not lower.

You can declare a bid spot on. This ends the round and everyone reveals their dice. If the total number of dice are equal to the bid you backed, the most recent bidder loses a die. If it’s off, you lose a die.

Alternatively you can bluff. So you can say there are more  dice on one face than there really are. But if someone calls the bluff you lose a die. If you were telling the truth the one who called you out loses a die. The game continues until only one player has any dice left.
