    Anyone else ever just wake up from sleep to a massive anxiety attack for no good reason? I’m still trying to sort myself out. So stupid

      *hugs* I'm glad to hear you're feeling better now! :kindness: I don't remember having exactly that, but sometimes (thankfully it's very rare) a dream might be so disturbing I feel terrible waking up. :mlp_blink:
