  1. Here comes yesterday’s answer:

Which of the following musicians predicted that he would go out “with his boots on”?

    A. Ronnie Van Zant

    B. Stevie Ray Vaughan

    C. Gram Parsons

    D. Sonny Landreth

    This was…

    Spoiler

A! Ronnie Van Zant regularly told people he would not live to be 30 years old and that he would go out with his boots on. If asked why he said things like that he would simply say it was his limit. Ronnie Van Zant died in a plane crash in October of 1977, almost 3 months to the day before his 30th birthday.

Also Sonny Landreth is alive. I hope he is doing well.

    Here comes today’s question:

Which of the following is the name of a theoretical brown dwarf orbiting the solar system?

    A. Theia

    B. Nemesis

    C. Sol

    D. WISE

@Samurai Equine The phrase “with his boots on” was slang for while working/on the road. I think he was though. Maybe.

Dude started calling himself The Mississippi Kid too a bit before he died, even though he had no connection to Mississippi save for it being where he croaked.
