  1. Pffft. Everyone knows you need to go 1-12 Vi jungle. -Glaceon

@@Aerodynas, @@Umbreon, (OOC: Sorry for taking so long to reply.) Jason and Allen walked out of the Pokecenter with Lumi and Joltik following close behind. "So, from what I've heard there is an ice path somewhere here. That place sounds cool." Jason chuckled a bit at the joke he made; while Lumi's attention quickly turned to the two humans. Somewhere that is cold and frozen sounded wonderful. "Looks like Lumi would like to see it too."
  4. Maybe. But I still find the player environment in NA to be far better. -Glaceon
  5. At least 6/10 people in the PH server are toxic. It does not matter what rank you are, everywhere that is not challenger is toxic. In NA I only occasionally run into toxic players. Maybe 1 toxic person every 3 games. -Glaceon
  6. So I got my NA client reinstalled and decided I'd try to play ranked. The amount of toxic players here are so low compared to my main server. -Glaceon
  7. Well for me the problem with Morg support before was her mid game. Getting your ult out without getting bursted is challenging without Zhonya's. And getting the gold for Zhonya's was pretty hard to do as a support before the current version of Spellthief's. But now with the new warding mechanics and the new gold income, support Morgana is just as effective as a mid lane Morgana. -Glaceon
  8. Well, I am not lying. :| http://www.legendsasia.com/summoner/ph/glaceon/ranked-league/ (My server's version of LoLking.) Here, some of the pictures I was able to find by digging through my picture library. Started Season 2 at 1251 ELO Ended with about 1600. S3 started Gold IV Ended Plat 3 S4 Plat 1 after placements -Glaceon Morgana support is very strong atm. Got to love those binds and black shield. And the fact her W lets her farm that Spellthief's edge really easily. -Glaceon
  9. I didn't buy it though. :< I've been playing LoL for quite a while. -Glaceon
  10. Well, I'm stuck in Diamond V right now. (Though I'm pretty sure gold V is better place to be. People in Diamond V can get really complacent and cocky.) Heck most of them don't even take it seriously anymore. Which I guess I'm also guilty of. And of course don't forget the Diamond 1 people queueing with a really low elo friend that ends up losing lane. I also feel that more people afk here than in other ranks. (Not rage afk though, they just afk.) The problem I guess mostly me, I need to be more aggressive in lane. I play really passively most of the time. :< (At least I have the most CS when not playing support.) Even when I use guys like Lucian, I end up not trading as much as I should. -Glaceon
  11. I main ADC. Support is my secondary role. Most people in my ranking are pretty good ADCs, it is just that most of the time different people both on our and the enemy team end up throwing. -Glaceon
  12. Yeah, I'm pretty much stuck in my league. Anyway there is always room for improvement. -Glaceon
  13. Yeah I did die quite a lot. In my past 13 ranked games I have not gotten my preferred rolebecause of duo queues. (ADC) At least I got to support in these three and that makes me happy. In the first game I had the least amount of deaths on our team and their comp was pretty solid and they had Braum. (Currently Braum has a 100% Pick/Ban rate in my rank. :< ) While our team comp sucked so much. We didn't have a front liner. D: That Nami game started out well too, but they had a better late game comp than us and stalled pretty well in the end they beat us. Started out as 16-3 in favor of our team. :/ On the third game we all lost to a fed Riven who stomped our toxic Aatrox. And so I am forever in the fifth division. -Glaceon
  14. At least you guys are able to do decently well in ranked. I'm forever stuck in division V. Almost got promoted twice. Always going 1-2 on my series. D: Recent attempt at ranked brought me from 96 LP to 17 LP. -Glaceon

@@Aerodynas, Jason nodded. "Let's go to the Pokecenter to recover for now, then maybe we could head to the nearby routes and check out the native Pokemon. How does that sound?" Jason replied to Allen as they walked towards the Pokemon Center. When they arrived Jason returned Lumi and Joltik to their Pokeballs and handed them over to Nurse Joy. After a few minutes of waiting they were returned to him. He sent out his two Pokemon and both of them seemed to be looking in perfect condition. "You two feeling better?" "Joltik Jol!" "Glaci!" Both of the Pokemon replied happily.

@@Aerodynas, @@Umbreon Jason was shocked at Allen's outburst towards Clair. He remained quiet as he knew this matter was probably tied to Allen's past and he did not want to pry. "Well, Clair is definitely upset now...." Jason said as Noi hugged his chest. He gently stroked the Noibat's ears before turning back to Allen. "I honestly did not expect to win, but I am glad I was wrong. Now, is there anything you would like to do?" He asked.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, ((OOC: Aero, you still here? )) Jason could hardly believe it; he had won. In his shock he missed the badge that Clair had thrown at him. The badge landed by his feet and slid across the floor, but Lumi was able to stop it with her paw. "Thanks Lumi." Jason said as his Glaceon picked up the badge with her mouth and handed it over to Jason. "Glaci!" Lumi replied happily. "My very first badge in Johto. This wouldn't of been possible without you." Jason's Joltik having walked all the way from the center had finally reached the edge of the arena to where Jason was standing. "Jolt!" "And you too buddy. Good job both of you." He said to his two Pokemon. Jason turned and watched Clair walk away. "She must be in a bad mood. I think it is best we avoid talking to her for now." Jason took one last check on both of his Pokemon making sure they were both alright before heading to the exit. As he approached Jason spotted Allen nearby.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, The Joltik's small size allowed him to easily dodge the Dragon breath, but when he came up to counter with another electro web the Dratini was right on top of him with a slam attack. The Joltik disappeared under the tail of the Dratini. Jason looked worried, the slam attack might of been too much for the little bug. "Come on Joltik..." He whispered as the Dratini lifted its tail. The ground where the Joltik had been standing was cracked from the strength of the Dratini's slam but the Joltik was nowhere in sight. It only took Jason a few seconds to spot his Pokemon attached to the tail of the Dratini; dazed but still ready to fight. "Joltik, quick use an electric attack. Try increasing the power of your thunder wave and focus it in a field around you!" He suggested relieved that his Pokemon was still there. "Joltik!" The Joltik paused for a moment acknowledging his trainer. Bright sparks of electricity began arching off the little bug that clung on the Dratini's body; it had used discharge. The bolts of energy quickly arched around the Dratini and shocking it. Jason's Joltik clung on the still wet body of the Dratini as he electrocuted the Dragon type the water possibly amplifying the power of the attack. The Joltik also bit down on the Dratini with a bug bite for good measure. ((OOC: Oh, I forgot. Blizzard would be replacing Lumi's icy wind and Discharge will replace string shot for Joltik. I guess that is enough learning moves for a while.))

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, "Come on Joltik, you can dodge that attack easily. Go counter attack with an electroweb." Jason instructed his pokemon, hoping to catch the Dratini in the web while it was still paralyzed. Jason's Joltik quickly skittered to the side barely avoiding getting by the Dragon's breath. "Jolt!" The Joltik said angrily as it fired off a several silky electrified webs at the still paralyzed Dratini.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, Jason unclipped Lumi's pokeball from his belt. "You did good." He whispered as he recalled Lumi. The beam of red light struck the unconscious Glaceon and brought her back into the ball. "You're up Joltik. Go show that Dratini who's boss. Go lead with a thunder wave and electroweb. Space them apart slightly so that it is hard to avoid both attacks. Be careful and don't worry about the outcome; just do your best." Jason instructed his Joltik. "Jolt Joltik!" The Joltik entered the arena as Jason finished instructing, already releasing the thunder wave and shortly after firing several electrowebs. The attacks were spread out in such a way that even if the Dratini dodges one the second will most probably hit. Jason momentarily turned his attention away from the battle and pulled out a potion from his pack. He sent out Lumi next to him and applied the potion to her. After a few more moments Lumi regained her consciousness and weakly stood next to Jason. "You did amazing out there Lumi. I couldn't of asked for a better performance." Jason commended Lumi as he knelt down and stroked her ears. "Glaci." Lumi replied with a bit of disappointment in her tone. Jason gave her another reassuring stroke which seemed to of made her feel a bit better. The two returned their attention to the battle as the Joltik's attack neared Clair's Dratini.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, Lumi tried to avoid the Dratini's wrap but her attempt at dodging was too delayed. Before she knew it Clair's Dratini was wrapped tight around her and she was being dragged towards the nearest hole. Lumi used bite on the Dratini wrapped around her desperately trying to brake free, but it did not seem to have any effect. The hole neared and she made one last attempt by cooling the air around her in an attempt to use icy wind. Before she could even finish the attack the Dratini had managed to pull her in. "Lumi!" The last thing she heard before entering the scalding water was Jason calling out her name. Jason almost had stepped into the arena to help Lumi as the Dratini dragged her into the hole. He knew Clair wouldn't let her Dratini drown Lumi but his Glaceon would most certainly be out of this fight. He looked towards his Joltik. "You think you can take the Dratini on?" He asked the Joltik. The Joltik responded by nodding his small head enthusiastically; determined to win the battle. Lumi felt the burning water as she was dragged under by Clair's Dratini. Even through all what was happening Lumi did her best not to panic and just continued using bite on the Dratini wrapped around her. However, she was already tired and weak from using blizzard and after a couple more seconds the biting stopped. The last thing Lumi saw before blacking out was the light shining through the hole that she had fell in.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, Jason watched as the Dratini began to clear up the haze with dragon breath. Soon enough Jason spotted Lumi. It looked like she was playing some sort of twisted whack-a-mole; every time Clair's Dratini pops up to use dragon breath, Lumi would send a volley of ice shards towards it. Unfortunately the ice was not quite fast enough; the Dratini managed to avoid every single volley so far while Lumi has taken a hit or two of the dragon breath. Thankfully it did not look like she had been too badly injured or paralyzed. Lumi fired another volley of ice shards as Clair's Dratini poked its head through another of the holes on the floor to use dragon breath which cleared even more of the haze. The ice missed as the Dratini once again ducked into the water avoid the attack completely. She tried icy wind but to the same effect. Nothing seemed to strike the Dratini quick enough. Jason looked worried, he was unsure if Joltik could handle Dratini if Lumi did not succeed. "Come on Lumi, you can do this. The hail is still there. Use it to your advantage." He encouraged his Pokemon breaking his silence during the battle. Lumi retreated into the fading hailstorm; once again disappearing from view. Once back inside she avoided the next dragon breath of Dratini before renewing the hail, causing it to increase in intensity. The freezing winds blowing swiftly around her gave her an idea. Lumi once again readied another icy wind, but this time she also channeled the power and strength of the hail around her. It took all her effort but Lumi managed to control the strong winds while taking another hit of Dratini's dragon breath. After several more exhausting moments of building up the attack Lumi released it, timing the attack just as the Dratini popped up for another attack, causing a wave of frost, ice, and hail to wash over the arena. Lumi had learned how use blizzard. Unfortunately her first blizzard lacked control; the blizzard continued to expand as it neared the edge of the arena where Jason and Clair were standing. Though the intensity of the blizzard was weaker it still looked very threatening. Jason did not expect an attack of this magnitude and he quickly stepped in front of his Joltik and turned his back towards the incoming Blizzard. Jason felt the temperature around him drop and the world turned white, but it passed after a few seconds leaving his black jacket coated with frost. Thankfully most of the hail and sharp ice lost their velocity before hitting any of the bystanders. His Joltik looked perfectly fined though a bit chilled. Jason himself was alright, he was used to the cold and did not mind it that much. What worried him was the state Clair, Allen and the other spectators were in. He turned back towards the battlefield. Lumi stood where she was, the hail around her was dispersed by her attack. She was too exhausted to do anything else, leaving her open to attack. (If the Dratini is still able to battle.) ((OOC: Lumi won't be using Blizzard all that often so don't worry about her spamming it.))

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, Jason could barely see what was happening, but when the announcer called out that Bagon was beaten he felt relieved. He heard Clair send out her Dratini and ordered it to dive into the water. Jason remained silent since he could not see his own pokemon. However, he did not worry. He had trained Lumi for situations like these, he knew she could even battle effectively without his input. Lumi remained hidden in the haze of snow and steam. She was used to seeing low visibility but the steam mixed with the hail was difficult, even for her. She did her best to keep an eye on each of the holes that lead into the water; ready to strike with an ice shard when anything appeared.
