Well it is a lot easier to do it in the air so you could use the sign glitch to keep the sand up high then just make a roof before having it rain sand all over someones base but it's not very good at getting underground if you do that ¦)

Yeah, but again, you'd have to be able to get close enough,
and claiming far enough out prevents others from placing blocks XD
