I raise an eyebrow to anyone who says they have no regrets.

What is the purpose of improving if not to overcome the regrets of the past?

also fun fact, I don't like lying about anything? I admit to everything I have done without hesitation, and I am very blunt when it comes to excuses...because I have no excuses....because If I fail then it's my fault no exception ¦)

The first line echos the point perfectly, that's what I fail at.

Acknowledging others getting better, not just trying to help them improve.

The second bit... confuses me.
I wasn't saying at all that you were lying, just that I find it hard to believe that anyone has no regrets what-so-ever.

Following that, I don't understand any involvement of the word 'excuses' in that. O_o
