    Here's a true story. Before I was a borny, I would frequent a Pokemon forum back in 2011. I would mostly read the discussions for the Pokemon anime and for the games. And remember there being major shipping debates everywhere. I made a thread for which female protagonist Ash would be with and the winning female would get shipped with Ash in a Fanfic I would write for Valentine's Day of 2012. That never happened.
